As the best buffet in Bangkok (in my opinion), Beyond Copper Buffet offers not only a buffet experience but also an Omakase experience. The restaurant has three sessions: a la carte (where you order dishes), food stations (where you take your food directly), and beverage stations. There are over 100+ varieties of food.

With that variety, you would not be able to finish all. So this Beyond Copper Buffet Review is your ultimate guide.

1. Waygu Sushi (#801)

The number 1 try in Beyond Copper Buffet is the Waygu Sushi. Made with a large slice of Australian Waygu on top of a small rice. It is the most recommended dish in Beyond Copper.

2. Waygu boat noodle

Well, boat noodles are one of the traditional Thai foods. How about mixing it with hot quality Waygu on top with slices and stews? Adding the rich soup, it is quite a flavorful dish with all the ingredients. Beware the boat noodles are not from the a la carte menu, instead, you will find them at one of the food stations.

3. Steaks (#101,102,103) from the a la carte menu

The first three options in the Beyond Copper a la carte menu are pork (S-pure Pink Pork Tonkatsu), lamb (Lamb Striploin Chimichurri Yogurt Sauce and Caponata), and Waygu steaks. They are all great choices especially the fried pork with the crispy layer.

4. Gigantic oysters!

For seafood, Beyond Copper Buffet has the largest oysters I have ever seen in a buffet. It is at the food station near the front door. The creamy, juicy, and fresh oyster alone would make your package worth it.

5. Hokkaido scallop hijiki seaweed sesame passion fruit (#609)

Talking about fresh seafood, you should also try the fresh Hokkaido scallop hijiki seaweed sesame passion fruit from the a la carte menu. A well-diced fresh scallop with multiple sources, making it look like a well-made fine-dine appetizer.

6. Korean-style fermented seafood

Apart from the freshness, you can also find Korean-style fermented seafood in both the food station (prawns and squids) and a la carte menu (crab #707). Well, it is the first time I have seen a buffet with such an offer.

7. Grilled Thai Tiger Prawns

Apart from the Western and Korean styles, there are also large grilled Thai Tiger Prawns at the food station. It is a must-try seafood there, after all, we are in Bangkok, right?

8. Crispy Homemade Tofu Foie Gras with White Truffle (#310)

One of the hidden gems in the a la carte menu is the Tofu mixed with Foie Gras and white truffle. Again, it is even better than most of the appetizers in the fine-dine restaurants. Not only it is tasty it is also well-decorated.

9. Truffle soup with croissant

One of the best appetizers at the food station near the dessert session. The soup is not too thick but full of the aroma of truffle. It is best paired with a crispy croissant.

10. Michelin Cheese Cake!

The final one is the best must-try dessert at Beyond Copper Buffet. It is the Michelin cheesecake at the food station. It is a rich and creamy cheesecake with a velvety texture that melts in your mouth. One piece would make me feel full.

Surprisingly, if you celebrate a birthday, you can even ask them to put “Happy Birthday” on the cake at the ordering station with candles for Free.

It makes the Beyond Copper Buffet a good place for birthday celebrations in Bangkok.

Conclusion: Beyond Copper Buffet Review

Thanks for reading our top 10 recommendations for Beyond Copper Buffet. It is definitely a buffet delivering value beyond its price. And it is especially worth it even if you go for the buffet-only option.

Plus, despite a lot of fine-dine dishes, there is no dress code for the buffet. This means you can enjoy freely a hearty meal, celebration, or other occasions.

Although some improvements can be made, for example, there is no salad bar and all special drinks from the tap session are very sugary. However, based on the food, atmosphere, and price. It is definitely a buffet worth 10 out of 10!
