Don’t know how to book the basic package for Copper Beyond Buffet Bangkok online? This blog post is to show you how to book the most valued (cheapest) package for Copper Beyond Buffet even before you come to Thailand.
Copper Beyond Buffet is one of the most famous Omakase-style buffets in Bangkok, and it is very popular with tourists from around the world. It is renowned for its over 100 varieties of Omakse-style food. Confused about what food to eat there? Check out the top 10 dish recommendations for Copper Beyond Buffet in Bangkok.
You can find different package options available on different online travel agencies like Klook and KKday.
However, given the limited space for our stomachs, the best package is actually the basic package (the one without any add-on). It costs around 1,499 THB (~ 44 USD) per person. With this package, you can enjoy every single dish on the a la carte menu and the dishes at each food station.
Trust me you can barely try everything once and you would not have a place for another add-on. So the basic package is the one you should aim for.
As for how to book the basic package for Copper Beyond in Bangkok, you first need to add their LINE account.
Copper Buffet Line
Booking for Beyond Copper Buffet is usually available 15 days in advance. There is a variety of packages available for booking. Some of them are also available on Klook or KKday at the same price. However, you can only find the buffet-only option via the official Line at “Copper Beyond Buffet”.
The official line will pump you a welcome message and seasonal offer in Thai. But no worries, they can read English as well, so feel free to reach them there.
Is booking in advance necessary for Beyond Copper Buffet?
You can walk in but you don’t want to risk it. Especially, if you are only traveling to Bangkok for a short time. The queue each day is incredibly long even during weekdays. It is generally more crowded for the Copper Beyond Buffet Gaysorn Amarin than for Copper Buffet the Sense Pinklao. Because the former is very convenient to tourist icons and accessible via BTS.
How to book the Basic Package for Copper Beyond Buffet
Once you added the Copper Buffet’s line. You just need to follow the instructions at the lower part of the screen. First, click the restaurant you are going to (Gaysorn Amarin or The Sense PinkLao).
Then it will redirect you to the hungry hub webpage. Then you select the number of persons, followed by the date and time.
There are three sessions of Copper Beyond Buffet each day at 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm, and 7:30 pm. You should arrive 10 minutes before with your booking QR code.
After confirmation of the time, you will need to select the package followed by confirmation with payment. Once you complete the payment, you should receive a booking reference QR code in your email.
Copper Beyond Booking Special Package
There are several premium packages you can choose for Beyond Copper Buffet. That includes a package with Caviar, Lobster, some Michelin Star Executive dishes, and even a big Wagyu Tomahawk steak. It comes with a higher price depending on which package you choose.
I didn’t order any of them, and I saw a couple chose the Tomahawk steak package and could not even finish the steak itself let alone the 100+ varieties of other food.
If you are going to Copper Beyond Buffet for the first time, the buffet-only option is more than enough.
Copper Beyond Buffet Gaysorn Amarin versus Copper Beyond Buffet The Sense Pinklao
The Sense Pinklao is only reachable by Grab or other non-BTS/MRT means like bus (trust me you don’t want to take bus in Bangkok). While, the Copper Beyond Buffet Gaysorn Amarin has only recently opened close to tourist icons like Erwan Shrine, Central World, and Big C Headquarters near BTS Chit Lom station in the Ratchadamri area.
The prices for both restaurants are the same. So you probably can have a day in Rachadamri ending with a Copper buffet at night. Even better you could have swimming & gym at the best Bangkok budget hotel to prepare for your big meal at night.
For more details, I also summarize a short review for both restaurants based on my personal experience.
Copper Beyond Buffet Gaysorn Amarin Short Review
I have been to both branches of Copper Beyond. The Gaysorn one is relatively new given its short history of establishment after the Sense Pinklao. It has the advantage of being situated in Bangkok’s prime area near CentralWorld.
Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach multiple must-go tourist attractions including CentralWorld, Big C Supercenter Ratchadamri, Watergate Night Market, Erawan Shrine, and Siam Center. In addition to its proximity to “Chit Lom” BTS station.
You will never get lost and can easily plan your day there. Not to mention you can even store your luggage freely at the nearby Big C Supercenter Ratchadamri.
The dining experience is also superb given the restaurant is newly renovated and Gaysorn Amarin itself is a high-end mall. Food quality wise, as we have already covered here and in another blog post dedicated to their food review. It is the best omakase-buffet style you can find in Bangkok. The exact official menu for this branch can be found here.
Despite the very positive review and dining experience with Copper Beyond Gaysorn Amarin, the only drawback is it is very crowded each day due to its popularity and convenience. You are not likely to secure a seat without booking (that’s why you are here right).
Being almost full-house on all prime days, the cuisine serving speed is acceptable.
Copper Beyond Buffet The Sense Pinklao Short Review
The Sense Pinklao one is the original Copper Beyond. However, the location is quite remote from Bangkok’s city center. There is no BTS/MRT station nearby and thus I had to take a Grab to there. The Grab ride is around 20 minutes from Central World but it could take longer if you meet the Bangkok traffic.
There are not many tourist attractions around the area. If you arrive early, you may spend some time in the shopping complex “Central Pinklao” nearby. Dining environment wise, it is slightly more spacious than the new branch with notable black & white bricks on the floor. Also, given its remote location, they are not as full as the new branch, so you would feel extra spacious.
Food-wise, both branches are more or less the same, you will find the signature wagyu sushi, cheesecake, truffle soup, and other seafood in both restaurants. There are slight differences in hot dishes but it is not notable at all. You can find the official menu for the Sense Pinklao here .
The price is the same as Gaysorn Amarin despite this branch is older.
Compared to the new branch, the merit of Sense Pinklao is you are likely to walk in given its relatively remote location based on my experience. The dining experience and most reviews are very positive, the only issue is just the location.
Conclusion
Copper Beyond Buffet is one of the best mid-range buffets in Bangkok. It has a good Omakase style a la carte menu (and you can order freely) and multiple food stations.
Sadly, it is not easy to find the information for booking the buffet-only option. I hope my blog post can help you to do so. Leave me a comment about your experience.
Thank you for this info! Last time, we were just at the Hyatt…ah, we missed going. Next time.
Thanks for the comment Jade.
No worries. Bangkok is the most visited palce in Asia with good food, experience and souvenir anyways. I also tried the the Sense Pinklao Copper Beyond Buffet yesterday. They are equally great(or similar to be accurate), will share more in the post soon !
I’m so glad I chanced upon your blog! For I have been trying to figure out where & how to book just the standard buffet option since after reviewing the premium options, it doesn’t impress nor deliver the value that justify the additional dollars spent.
I also noticed many of the reviews on social media don’t tell you that there is a standard option but instead just direct us to the various booking app/platforms that simply doesn’t show the standard option.
Two thumbs up for your incredible guide mate!
Thanks for the compliment Gerald. Yes indeed the best-valued option is the buffet only one. However most OTAs provide you with the one with added food. I saw a couple staring at the huge tomahawk steak ordered and have no capacity for other food there.
You did such an amazing job with all of the details. Yours is the only reference out there to help us navigate this insane option. 🙂 Thank you!
Thanks a lot for the compliment Fawn. Yes buffet only is the best option for this brand !
